Is Flag and Stage Ceremony only on Friday?

No. There is only one listing for the Flag and Stage Ceremony for Friday 5pm-9:30pm. The same volunteers will be required to work on Saturday 5pm-9:30pm and Sunday 8:30am-1pm.

Can I sign up for more than one volunteer time slot?

Yes. You can sign up for as many volunteer time slots as you want. But make sure to leave enough time to enjoy the event.

If I sign up to volunteer for a time slot now, can I cancel that commitment later.

Yes.

Do I have to register for the convention to volunteer?

Yes. All volunteers will have to register for the convention.

What does the CLOSED and OPEN Status mean on a Volunteer Time Slot?

There is a preset, maximum number of volunteers needed for each individual Volunteer Time Slot. When the maximum number of volunteers is reached, the status for that Volunteer Time Slot changes from OPEN to CLOSED. If a volunteer cancels his signup for that Volunteer Time Slot, the status will change back to OPEN.
